I love bringing yoga into the office, workplace, or corporate setting.
I've personally witnessed the many benefits of yoga work for my students who
have very busy workdays. It's a great way to unwind and de-stress before, during or after work. It's also a great way to improve focus, cultivates calm under pressure and increases workplace productivity!
Currently, I teach yoga at National Life Group and at the Vermont State Colleges System, both in Montpelier, Vermont. I also bring my yoga teaching to a wide variety of wonderful events such as: Weddings, homecoming days, workplace wellness days, retreats, festivals, professional conferences, and for staff at local colleges and universities.

and space that works for your organization's unique needs.
Cost & Format:
I generally charge $80-100 per hour for workplace yoga (depending on numbers) and run 8 or 10 week sessions, however this is flexible. I offer gentle, moderate or flow yoga and meditation. Sometimes I am compensated directly by the company and sometimes I work out payment with the participants. We can do whatever works best for you.
Lunchtime Corporate Yoga Class Description:
Energize your body, calm your mind and renew your soul in this gentle to moderate-level yoga class that is open to new and seasoned practicioners. Beginners are welcome to come and go at your own pace, however good body awareness is recommended. Each class begins with a brief centering and heart-oriented theme or contemplation and then moves into warm-ups, and a gentle flow designed to target major body areas such as shoulders, hips, lower back etc. We round out each class with a blissful & restful guided relaxation to integrate the practice.
Students can expect to be appropriately challenged in a very safe & attentive atmosphere where proper alignment in the poses is a priority, as well as having fun! Modifications and individual attention is given to each student, so even if you have an injury or are super tight, come as you are and I can assist you in working where you are at. You are totally welcome to go at your own pace; this is a low pressure class that is meant to be calming to the nervous system and opening to the body, mind & spirit.
