What is SUP-Yoga?
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is an incredible way to take your yoga outside,
on the water, in the beauty and peace of nature, and is the world's fastest growing water sport. SUP-yogis can be found on calm lakes, riding big surf or floating down a winding river. The options are limitless as long as there is water! SUP Yoga classes promote tranquility and inner peace, help build core strength & balance, engender playfulness and fun, and connect us more deeply with our natural world than when we are inside a studio. Let your board become your mat, the water become your friend and the open sky your ceiling as you float your yoga into bliss.
To All Classes Please Bring:
Bathing suit, layers that you don’t mind getting wet, sun hat, sun block, water bottle, and snacks.
