With Anjali, I learn and experience much more than in a typical yoga class. For me, Anjali's classes are loving, life lessons. With Anjali's healing spirit, guidance, knowledge, and assistance, I learn so much about my body, breath, spirit, and more.
Anjali weaves everyday experiences (e.g., thoughts, worries, physical and emotional challenges) into and between the poses. After a session with Anjali, I always feel refreshed, replenished, and recharged; I am inspired with a new sense of my body, strength, wisdom, and love that infuse my everyday life.
For me, Anjali's restorative yoga class is like a community, permission-to-take-care-of-ourselves nap, plus so much more! With Anjali's guidance through inspirational themes, gentle poses, and her healing touch, she creates an environment that invites students to stop, listen, and receive what their bodies need. I had no idea that resting (or yoga) could feel so good!
