Packing List For Autumn Retreat

Please Note: Weather in Vermont can be unpredictable in the Autumn transition, so please pack accordingly & check the forecast for Greensboro Bend, Vermont before you come!

Please Bring:

Sturdy hiking or walking shoes + (possibly snow boots if you like) Slippers or indoor footwear
Day pack or fanny pack
Rain coat or windbreaker and rain pants (if you have them) Warm fleece jacket or down jacket

Wool or warm hat and sun hat, mittens or gloves, warm scarf Pants & tops (variety for unpredictable weather)
Yoga Clothing (comfortable stretchy pants and tops)
Warm pajamas or long underwear + warm cozy socks Toiletries, Vitamins and Medications

Journal & Pen
Yoga Mat and any yoga props you may need/have (we will also supply if you forget yours or need more)

Head lamp or flashlight with fresh batteries

Optional:

Binoculars
Musical Instruments, songs or songbooks, books, knitting etc..

Swimsuit & beach towel (if you like a true cold plunge!)
Any special food/teas/snacks that you like to have, but know that all meals are provided from Friday dinner through Monday brunch- including tea, coffee, snacks etc.

For the Altar: If you would like to carry something with you- that is meaningful to you and symbolizes your passage into this retreat or represents midlife for you, please do. Honestly, bring what you feel called to bring- anything close to your heart that you would love with you, like photos or sacred objects.
