Gift Yourself A Soul Quenching, Full Moon Women’s Retreat By The Salty Sea
Join us for a full moon weekend retreat on stunning Cape Cod designed to quiet your mind, uplift your soul & nourish your wild spirit.
May is one of the BEST months to experience the Cape- before the hustle of tourist season & while the earth is blooming with flowers, the herring are running and the spring birds begin to migrate home.
There are only 12 spots in this intimate oceanside gathering so don’t wait to reserve your spot.

Imagine This ….
Waking to daffodils and warm sunshine, spring birds singing outside your window, and a gourmet breakfast served at your inn of choice. Roll out your mat at the charming Yoga of Yarmouth Port Studio (pictured above), or wander over to Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry for a homemade scone and a perfectly crafted latte. Dust off your journal and give yourself space to reflect on what is awakening in your own life. Walk the beach at sunrise, and later, bask in the glow of a full-moon sister circle.
The intention of this retreat is to gather women together in a sacred, supportive space — away from the noise of daily life and the constant pull of technology — to truly unplug and exhale. It is an invitation to slow down, to soften, and to reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
Together, we will commune with nature — the fluid wisdom of the ocean, the grounding embrace of the earth, and the illuminating energy of the moon. We will share stories, laughter, stillness, and reflection. Through movement, meaningful conversation, writing prompts and quiet moments of solitude, you’ll be held in a circle of women (or women-identified folx) who are also seeking renewal, clarity and kind connection.
This retreat is a space to remember who you are beneath the busyness — to nourish your spirit, deepen your connection to the natural world, and return home feeling restored, inspired, and deeply supported.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the driving time from North of the Cape & how do I avoid traffic? You’ll want to be through Boston by 1 or 2 pm to avoid weekend traffic. On a Friday, heavy traffic can begin as early as 1 pm. If you’re coming from VT, I suggest leaving by 10 am. I would allow 5 hours from Montpelier & 2 hours from Boston to get to the mid-Cape.
Can I carpool with someone? I will do my best to facilitate carpooling- let me know if you want that.
What if I don’t want to join in the meals out? That is totally fine, you are welcome to do your own thing.
Can I walk to the yoga venue from my Inn? YES- 2 of the Inns are actually across the street but all are within walking distance.
What if I need to come late on Friday or leave early on Sunday? Not a problem- just please let us know of your travel plans so we know when to expect you.
Can I come for the day and not stay overnight? Absolutely, but the cost of the retreat is the same.
Who is this retreat for? This retreat is open to cis and trans women, as well as nonbinary people who feel aligned with a women-centered space.”
